Generation 2 - Chapter 1

After the birth of their twins, Blu and Periwinkle, Azure and Victor felt their family was complete, and Victor opted for a vasectomy to prevent any accidents from occuring. (Sorry guys, I'd already played ahead when I read your '10 kids' ideas and suggested names in my comments.)
Everything seemed to be going smoothly, and the couple were very happy.

They even saved up enough money to add a dining room and study to their house.

Meanwhile, the kids were growing up, and they soon had their birthday!

Azure and Victor immediately potty trained their toddlers, and fed them SmartMilk frequently. As a result, the twins became more intelligent and learnt a lot of things. They especially excelled in all things creative, and had a very logical way of thinking. (Both twins +8 Creativity, +8 Logic.)

With such brainy babies, the couple were already thinking about sending them to college when they were older. Surely if they studied hard enough, and everything went well, they'd get some good scholarships.

All the while, Victor was going to work while Azure - almost single-handedly - took care of the twins. They couldn't afford a nanny, so she took some of her maternity leave off from work while the toddlers were too young to be at school. Although often, she would go to work just as Victor came home, when she could, just to get some extra money in. The pair worked very hard to get the best for their two little gems.

The day soon came for the toddlers to grow up and start school.

Azure was very proud of her children, and, knowing they were very intelligent, she called the headmaster of the local private school. She invited him for dinner, but he didn't like what he saw. The second time, he seemed to like the family a little more, but not enough to get their children into his school. So, Victor called a different private school and invited their headmaster, Toby Bertino, for dinner. This time, the visit was more of a success. Azure cooked them hamburgers, and Victor showed Toby around. He was satisfied with the environment the children were living in, and accepted them into his school.

Generation 1 - Chapter 2

So, with their small, but homely, house, Azure and Victor christened their new abode, and made love under the stars.

The next few days came and went as the pair tried to make it in their careers. Being a Resident in the Medical career track - and climbing fast, Victor was soon bringing the money in, and decided it might be time to buy his beloved an engagement ring.

One evening, he just threw caution to the wind and asked Azure to marry him. She gladly accepted.

With that in mind, and that they were both Family sims, they extended their house, and added a nursery for any potential children they may choose to have.

Azure was doing very well in her job, and got promoted to Intern and, eventually, Lobbyist. Things were looking pretty rosy, so the pair decided to book their wedding day. They opted for a quiet, evening ceremony at their home, and invited their friend, Nery.

(I thought this was funny - her suit matches her skin tone.)

Their wedding night was eventful, as the newlywed couple decided to conceive their first, and only planned, child.

After that night, Azure began to feel unwell, and noticed her belly beginning to grow. She called Nery to tell him the good news; she was pregnant!

As the days passed, Azure grew and grew, and the pair were excitedly awaiting their child. Victor, especially, couldn't wait to become a dad.

Azure was a little concerned at how big she was getting. All the other women in her pregnancy magazines seemed to be smaller than she was. (You know what's coming, don't ya?)

Soon, the morning came for Azure to give birth.

Azure and Victor became the proud parents of twins, Blu (f) and Periwinkle (m).

Generation 1 - Chapter 1

This is Azure Bleu, and - she doesn't know it yet, but - she will be the founder of a long line of Bleus. As you can see, she's a Cancer and a Family sim. She loves her men to have either red or black hair, but doesn't like them wearing make-up. Go figure.

When she was officially classed as an adult, (at the tender age of 18), she moved out of her parents' home, and set out to make it on her own in Veronaville. All she had to her name was 20,000 simoleons. With that, she bought a 5x5 plot of land, and filled it with what she thought were essentials.

Next, she promised herself a better life and living space, and picked up the newspaper to have a browse at the jobs. One in particular stuck out at her, and she went for it. She chose to be a Campaign Worker in the Politics career track. Her parents would be proud.

Azure then wondered if there were any fun places to hang out around Veronaville, so she made her way Downtown, to the 50's Diner. It was a cool place, and she ended up scoping out the talent for a potential mate. After all, she is a Family sim. One guy in particular stood out to her, and - plucking up the courage - she went over and talked to Victor Lillard. They got on very well (2 lightning bolts) and were soon flirting with each other.

She decided to ask Victor out on a date, and they stayed at the diner for a meal together. Their date went very very well, and Azure soon realised she had an admirer.

She invited him round that evening, to follow up on their date, and to thank Victor for the roses. They ended up slow dancing the night away, and eventually fell in love under the stars.

Azure knew Victor felt the same way as she did, and asked him to move in with her. They could have a life together, she thought. So, gladly he moved in, and hugged her with delight.
